Today’s Youth is India’s Tomorrow or Future of India

The greatest wealth and strength of any nation is its youth. Youth plays a crucible role towards the development of the country. Youth are the future of nation, their action and inactions both can contribute to the state of the nation. The youth represent the future as they bring new ideas and enthusiasm that can benefit the society at large. Youth are the power house of infinite energy. The youth of today will soon bring about a change that will change the way the world looks at India.

The best ways to strengthen the youth are to provide them right education which can make them responsible, open minded and patriotic. We need to empower our youth so that they can make a better tomorrow. Young participation is important because they can recognize problems quickly and can solve them. Value of time, discipline, thinking before doing action etc are some key points that today’s youth should think on it.

Nation development is not achievable without the active participation of the youth .Youth can understand the problem faced by country and try to solve them. There are many ways that youth can contribute to national development. They can do so by working hard in any field they are involved. However, to ensure the active participation of young people in national development, they need to be supported and encouraged by the government, private sector, society and their parents and must be given an opportunity to effectively participate in decision making processes.

Youth can also change the future of the society. It’s very obvious that the ill impacts of social evils are destructing our society and it is the youth who can help to reform the society again. They must realize the difference between good and bad. Once they are clear with the terms, society can be reconstructed. Youth also needs to understand its responsibility as a human and also as a citizen.

It is not enough making any rules, regulation, law and campaign etc by the government but are needed to be strictly followed by every citizen to be really free from all the illegal activities. Youth needs to perform their duties towards the country by eliminating poverty, crimes, child labor and other social issues. We must motivate the youth about their responsibility.

It is not just a single youth’s responsibility to construct the society but the responsibility of every citizen towards the betterment of the country.

2.2 Lakh Job Opportunities by the Central Government!

Big news for people who are seeking Central Government jobs! One of the core poll promises i.e. employment made by PM Narendra Modi is all set to be done. In a shift from its mantra of ‘Minimum Government, Maximum Governance’, government is going to recruit 2.2 lakh central employees over a period of 2 years.

Recruitment Plans

The biggest increase of 70,000 is expected to take place in the Revenue Department which comprises Income Tax, Custom & Excise. As the recruitment in this department has been frozen for many years, results in more than 6 lakh vacant posts. Government mostly tries to increase the number in Railway Department as the reports said that it has not added a single worker in last 3 years. Cabinet Secretariat is a very small department thus 301 people will be employed. The Personnel Ministry had added 1800 jobs in last 2 years, the Urban Development Ministry had added 6000, Mines Ministry 4,399 & Department of Space 1,000. The Information & Broadcast Ministry had added 2,200 employees in last 2 years. The staff count is set to increase to 35.23 lakh by March 1, 2017 against 33.05 lakh employees in March 1, 2015.

Modi always believes in maximum governance. Government wants to fill the vacancies as fast as possible. It seems like “Achhe din aane wale hain” for all those people striving to get placed in the Government jobs.

Simhasth Kumbh Mela 2016 Call of the Divinity to its Devotees

Festival of largest gathering on planet, Simhasth Kumbh Mela that occurs in every 12 years is going to take place from April 22nd to May 21st 2016 at Ujjain. According to Hindu calendar it is on Chaitra Shukla Purnima- Vaishakha Shukla Purnima, Vikram Samvat 2073. This Mahaparv basically held in 4 devout cities of India - Haridwar, Allahabad, Nasik & Ujjain.

Why this time in Ujjain?
Well, the Ujjain has numerous significances as it is one of the most ancient cities of India. It is believed that schooling of Lord Krishna was done in this city only and Kalidas had composed his poetry works in Ujjain. But apart from all this, it is mainly because of its unique geographical location as the Tropic of Cancer passes through it.
Mahaparv specially called as Simhasth because the Sun is in the Zodiac Aries & the Jupiter is in the Zodiac Leo, when it takes place. We all are aware of beginning and the reason of celebrating it. It all started from pot (Kumbh) emerging out from the Samudra Manthan, the famous event of Churning of the ocean from the Hindu mythology. It is believed that in every 12 years, a drop of nectar from kumbh drops in the pious river & taking a dip in the river would purifies the soul & overcomes all the sins.

Heartening to know that along with Sanatan Dharma people from other religions, section & even from other countries are participating with same enthusiasm and harmony. It is to be expected that around 5 Crore i.e. 50 Million pilgrims could join the Mahaparv. Devotees could visit Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga & other ancient temples & would find spiritual solace in Satsang & Sankirtan with Sadhus. Like always the Mela will take traditional start, Akharas head join the procession on silver throne on elephants, armed Sadhus horses & camels followed by Sadhus. Over 97000 quintals of marigold flower will be available during the Mela.

Government, Supervising from the Front

Before, the government’s role was limited to making arrangements, but this year the government itself has become an integral part of the event. The arrangements & facilities of the Mela are massive & marvelous. It is directly monitored by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, whose headquarter has been made at Ujjain. Several cabinet meetings, international seminars are to be held in Ujjain during Mahaparv. Law & order will be deployed by thousands of policemen.
Arrangements for supply of drinking water, milk, food, grains, fuel, cottage which include 24 hours internet, waterproof sheet, AC or cooler, folding chairs & bed, mat, even attached bathroom & lamp have already been made. Around 3 Crore & 9 Crore have been spent on streetlight & tube wells respectively. 50KW of free power will be supplied to Akhadas & 30KW to saints’ seers. For devotees arrangement of mainly clean, chilled water & tent for rest is made at every 1km on 118km long Panchkroshi Marg. If lighting arrangements are disrupted, generators will work & emergency lights will be the backup option of generators. Separate changing rooms for men & women have been made. 24 hours hospital facilities will be provided with 30-35 doctors on duty, 12 hours free treatment will be given. Charak Hospital has been established to deal with complicated medical case & to handle emergency surgeries. Even online booking & facilities of mobile app will be provided.
This festival is a call for the devotees to take a dip in the fervor of spirituality and for the administration to beat out all the challenges, show their excellence and make this occasion a wonderful trip for the pilgrims.
Come & join the once in a lifetime experience & enlighten your mind, body & soul.

Start-up India: A great initiative

Entrepreneurs are to an economy what roots are to trees. Businesses let an economy grow each day. Entrepreneurship fuels growth and opens new markets and arena. India’s economic performance is always closely watched by the world. As a growing economy, it is necessary to have a government policy the eases trade. The Government recently announced the Startup India project. This is to boost growth, entrepreneurship and revive the slow growing economy.

Startup India is a potential scheme and can change the Indian Business Scenario if implemented with right steps. An economy like ours needs direct private investment to grow. A country cannot grow ahead with public investment and private consumption. Start-up India will fill up the vacuum between the two sectors and create alternate options.

This scheme has the potential to be a catalyst to restart private investment flow into the economy. The more good use of funds, the better the profit. This is one of the best policies that have been recently announced by the government. We need the current industries to grow and lead to develop newer industries. As the platform is ready for growth and we have great human resource potential to yields amazing results out of it.

If you take a look at the last decade, there has been a consistent growth with the advent of private sector. The scenario has consistently improved and the new Indian professional has bigger and better dreams. There are better and disruptive technologies, private capital that is waiting to be utilized, and a sincere business landscape. If this opportunity is backed by factual and effective policies then the industry has a huge way to grow and go ahead. Start-up India can bring thousands of entrepreneurs together at a single stage. If they work together and stably, they can lead the country towards new horizons.

As a leader, I, Nanuram Kumawat will try to instill the potential and contribute to the scheme. I want this country to grow.
